Also known as a homebuyer survey, this report is designed to give you an overall picture of the condition of a property, identifying any problems that could cause damage or need repair.

Best for: modern, conventional properties that are in reasonable condition and less than 50 years old.
An in-depth inspection of a property, our building survey report provides a full, comprehensive report on a property's structure and fabric.
